Ever since staying in our first bed and breakfast, Michael and I have been in love with these cozy, heart warming places to stay. It makes staying in a hotel seem really dull. For Michael's last birthday, I surprised him with a weekend trip to Seattle at an adorable bed and breakfast close to Pike's Place. You can see those pictures here.
This year I was at it again, but this time I wanted to keep it a bit closer to home. Crouch, Idaho is a small town surrounded by beautiful mountains just beginning to be dusted with snow. It was a peaceful, relaxing weekend that made our love for bed and breakfasts grow even more.
It was a great birthday celebration!
The righteous will never be uprooted, but the wicked will not remain in the land.—Proverbs 10:30 (NIV)

That sounds like so much fun! And I love your jacket by the way.

I really want to do this for my anniversary in Jan. I live in TN and have never even seen one around here. B has mentioned he would like to go to one so this would be the perfect idea. Love the photos!

ReplyDeleteI have never staying in a B&B, Anthony and I will have to do this after we get married..maybe for our anniversary or something!
ReplyDeleteThey have great deals for B&B's on Groupon. I'm thinking of going to one outside of Cleveland so we can visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It'd be a nice Christmas suprise for hubby!
