I ended my Monday post by saying "Let's make the most of this week shall we?"
If by taking naps and snuggling puppies is making the most of my week than this could go down as the most successful week of my life! I'm not sure where I "went wrong", but I'm choosing to believe I must have needed the extra sleep and puppies can always use more hugs and kisses. Right? Anyways, I wanted to share a little something that has become a new favorite treat for me.
The Avocado Smoothie.
Some of you might be a little freaked by this idea, but I'm telling you....everyone that I've made this special green beverage for has LOVED it. Even the hubby, and he can be a tough food critic tell you what! It's delish, it's easy, and it's a purdy green color. So give it a try!
1 avocado. 1 banana. 1 1/2 cup orange juice. 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt. 1/4 cup honey. Ice.
